Heaven Will Not Be Boring Because God Is Not Boring

  • Psalm 16: 11 “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: In thy presence is fulness of joy; At thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”

  • Psalm 36: 7-8 “How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! Therefore the children of men out their trust under the shadow of thy wings. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; And thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.”

Heaven Will Not Be Boring Because You Will Not Be Boring

  • 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 “Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the last trump: for the trump shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”

  • Philippians 3: 20-21 “For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.”

Heaven Will Not Be Boring Because Your Friends Will Not Be Boring

  • Hebrews 12: 22-24a “but ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, and to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant.”
